We had such a fancy time! Got upgraded and they surprised us with champagne and a sweet card, which was such a nice touch. The staff is super friendly and helpful, especially Tae and Aaron. The in-room breakfast was tasty, but make sure to check dining times since they can be a bit tricky.

The Grand King Room was spacious and comfy, with a great view! The beds were really nice for a good night's sleep. Shower was solid too. Only downside was the little bit of grunge in the grout. Overall, a good experience!
